The Launch Five: core workflows every account needs
Five automations cover most of the revenue: speed-to-lead, missed-call text back, appointment lifecycle, review requests, and database reactivation. Build all five as Draft, publish after QA.
- 1
Speed-to-lead nurture
Trigger: form submitted. Instant SMS plus email, wait steps, then branch on reply. Leads contacted within five minutes convert at multiples of leads contacted in an hour. Use the Speed-to-Lead prompt in the library to generate the full build with copy.
- 2
Missed-call text back
Trigger: call status missed. One SMS that saves the lead: identify the business, apologize, ask how you can help. The single highest ROI automation in GHL.
- 3
Appointment lifecycle
Trigger: appointment booked. Confirmation immediately, reminder 24 hours out, reminder 1 hour out, and a no-show branch that offers rebooking. Cuts no-shows dramatically.
- 4
Review request
Trigger: stage moved to Won (or tag job-complete). Wait a day, then SMS and email with your direct review link from {{custom_values.review_link}}.
- 5
Database reactivation
Trigger: manual tag on a consented, imported list. Three touches over a week with a concrete offer and heavy opt-out respect. Often pays for the software the first time you run it.
- 6
QA and publish deliberately
Every workflow starts as Draft. Run the QA SOP on each, publish email-only flows anytime, and publish SMS flows only after A2P approval.
Do it with Claude
Every one of these has a guided prompt in the Prompt Library: answer the questionnaire and paste the generated build order into Workflow AI (Automation, then Create Workflow, then Build using AI). The prompts embed final message copy so the AI places words, not placeholders.
Watch out for
- Generic AI-generated message copy that sounds like nobody. The copy is the campaign; write it or generate it deliberately.
- Reactivating a list that never consented: complaint rates spike and sending reputation dies.
